Q: What is the minimum order quantity I would need to order?

A: 2,500 quantity of a specific puzzle.

Q: Can I have a special piece count made that you do not offer?
A: US JIGSAW offers one basic 500 piece count puzzle and one standard box size. This utilizes existing dies in order to keep the customer from having to pay for custom tooling. If you wish to have a special package size or puzzle size not offered, we can do this for you for the additional cost of the custom tooling required. We would need to discuss this with you and would quote this on an individual basis. If a custom size is the way you choose to go, any tooling or dies required would remain your property and as such would only be used for your product.

Q: What do I need to provide US JIGSAW with in order to have the puzzles made?
A: At the very least you need to provide the image for the puzzle. This can be in the form of a transparency (a film slide) , digital image (we need to discuss resolution prior to sending) or we can even scan printed art if required.

Q: How will the package be designed?
A: US JIGSAW will provide a basic package design and puzzle layout using the art that you supply. This layout cost is included in the cost of the finished jigsaw puzzle. If you prefer to handle the package design yourself, we will provide you with digital templates, along with our file requirements which you can give to your designer to do your box layout . Samples of our basic package designs are found on the pages of our web site. If you require something beyond our basic package design, we have designers available to assist you with your individual needs and the cost will be negotiated on an individual basis.

Q: What is the typical manufacturing lead-time for an order?
A: Depending on the time of the year, we can get the puzzles manufactured in 4 to 6 weeks from the time the package details are finalized and the order is placed.

Q: What are the payment terms?
A: US JIGSAW requires 60% of the estimated cost at the time the order is placed with the balance due prior to shipping. Prior to shipping you will be supplied with a final manufactured sample of your puzzle for approval. All prices for the puzzle manufacturing are FOB Lafayette IN.

Q: How will shipping be handled?
A: We can arrange shipping for you using our sources (or) you can provide us with a contact you wish to use, and we will work with them.

Q: As a fund raising group with limited cash, how do we cover the cost of production?
A: There are at least two ways to handle the up front cost of your unique jigsaw puzzle.

1. A sponsored puzzle—Solicit sponsors from the community and feature their names on the puzzle box or the puzzle itself. With, say 15 sponsors at $500 apiece,
you can fund your puzzle and not only make your projected profit of $12,625 but an additional $7500 for a total of $20,125 proceeds for your group.

2. An Angel—Find a member of your group or a person who supports your group to fund the puzzle. You can put an Angel recognition on the puzzle box to thank the Angel for their support. After sales commence you can repay the Angel.
